Rec'd call on my CELL PHONE this morning. I didn't answer and no voicemail message was left. Not a normal prefix for this area code. I called back in afternoon and rec'd Verizon recording that "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. . . ." Therefore another spoofed call, either unethical telemarketer or more likely a fraudster! CID only shows phone # and "Washington."
