Just got a call from this number. I said hello once with no reply, so I hung up. I Googled the number and stumbled upon this page to see the above complaints. Tried doing what Jeffrey did and called the number back 3x, but the call always cut out (not by me) before the phone could even ring. Pathetic...

I answered my phone and heard nothing, I repeatedly said hello and finally said if you're bothering to call, say something. Then caller hung up. I called the number back, I got message saying that number I dialed could not be completed as dialed.
