But just 3 months ago, this same phone number, called and it was another Robo call, but it said that it was cigna, and they were calling with an important opportunity to discuss my prescriptions and medical care and how they could help coordinate all of my health care.
I only call cigna directly, with the actual verified phone numbers that are on my card, or on my papers.
And this is the only way to make sure that you are actually talking to the right people. They had no idea of the calls or numbers, most companies do not call or email you, they will either Mail you or contact u in person, but always use the phone numbers that you know, because they can always get you to the right people.

This auto bot calls every single day and claims to be Cigna. Cigna doesn't call, they send official letters. These people say it's for different things in their messages, like they hope one will get me to call them back.

They called, and said they were CIGNA. Wanted to speak to my wife about her medications. According to the 800 notes, it is a spam call, probably from a spoofed number. Never pick up. Some have called CIGNA, and they said they didn't call. Has to be a scam and spoofed call.
