Also received a call from Officer Eric Brown at this number. Tried calling back but received a busy signal.

Scam indeed. 289 is not my area code. Two calls from the same number within minutes of each other on my answering machine. Both calling themselves Officer James Milner. Both have very different voices. Both obviously not from Canada (think Carribean island accents and poor english). This is gonna spook seniors. These a**ho**s shoudl be ashamed of themselves.

Second recorded message I received in 10 minutes on September 28, 2015 at approx 10:50. Recorded message: "By the second you receive this message I need you or your retained attorney are directed to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My name is Officer James Miller and hard line to my division is: 289-204-0029. I repeat its 289-204-0029. Now, If you don't return the call and if I don't hear from your attorney either the only thing I can do is I wish you good luck as the situation badly falls on you. Thank you."

Received 3rd call same message from different person identifying themselves as Officer Eric Brown, only difference is saying the issue is time sensitive.
