This person refuses to mention a name of whom it is they are looking for and they try to phish for information about you and when you stand your ground refusing to give them your personal information and clearly state "tell me who is it your calling for because I know it wouldn't be me because I never been in debt in my life" The guy hangs up on you. This guy keeps calling my cell which he clearly never had my permission to be calling under the law TCPA Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Second of all under the law which this person keeps violating harassing me with their calls day and night over what? They won't say who they are looking for? which under the law for any collectors they are to state who they are and what the are calling about and WHOM IT IS PERTAINING TO! and if it isn't you they are to cease and desist. Well this guy calls from multiple numbers 587-787-1765, 249-500-5449, 289-275-4919, 902-906-9289, 647-360-2323, 289-275-4922. This person seems to be a scammer since they are unprofessional not following protocol and are breaking the laws which real legit collectors are required to follow. I never been in debt in my entire life! Starting to believe this is some sort of weird perverted sicko stalking me! He won't say the name of whom he is actually calling for and I will not provided him with any info about me because I know for a fact I never been in debt and NEVER gave my number out this phone number was strictly out calling use only. He won't leave a message either he has crank called me many times in the middle of the night or early hours in Am such as 1am 2am 4am. Saying you called the wrong number doesn't work either. I am not in the wrong on this and this person needs to cease and desist. Never had any agreements with this person or any other! Never gave permission never gave this person my number to call either. Also I am NOT responsible for any other person on this planet who had this number prior to the service provider issuing it to me. and no there isn't any money owed on this number its a pay as you go! Therefore nothing owed! cable is included into the rent same as the internet service so again NO DEBTS! NOTHING OWED! Being keeping documented records of the calls and recordings every time answered and he spoke so when I am ready to sue and press charges against them it will be indisputable on their part. For every harassing call I am entitled to $500 and not to mention personal damages of emotional duress, harassment and etc. My lawyer had advised me according and so has the Police officer who did intercept one of the calls clearly told him to "CEASE and DESIST" your calling the wrong person you have wrong number and you do not have permission to be calling this person all this while I was standing inside the police station making a complaint about this harassment due to this person could be a human trafficker/scammer/fraud etc! Wasn't going to be taking an chances considering he won't leave me alone and he clearly knows he is calling wrong number if he ever been a real legit collector. So to the guy who using these numbers hope you did read this and get it through your brain! WRONG NUMBER! NO PERMISSION TO CALL CELL! WHOMEVER YOUR LOOKING FOR IT'S NOT ME! NEVER BEEN IN DEBT! NEVER GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING NEVER HAD EITHER! NEVER GOING TO FALL FOR YOUR SCAM! NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYONE ELSE IN THIS WORLD AND NOT RESPONSIBLE IT SOMEONE GAVE YOU THE WRONG NUMBER AND NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHOMEVER HAD THE NUMBER PRIOR TO SERVICE PROVIDER RECYCLED IT ISSUING IT TO ME! Stop stalking me stop harassing me STOP CALLING PERIOD! He know who he is because he always seems to call me right after I post a reply on any one of these message board! CEASE AND DESIST STOP CALLING YOU DON'T HAVE MY PERMISSION TO CALL THE CELL!
