I just got this exact same call as everyone else. Automated recording says they are from CRA and if I don't call back there will be an arrest warrant out for my arrest.

They left a message saying there was a lawsuit against me and that they will have me arrested if I don't get back to them.

I received a call from this number indicating they are from Canada Revenue Agency and that there has been a lawsuit filed against me. They said that if I did not call them back, that they would have me arrested. When I tried to call it would not go through.

They said they are RCMP and arrest me for my tax fraud. Jack Smith name used. Intimidating and threatening me.
