I am on the do not call list, would this company would stop calling!
Got this call at 8:31am on my cell today, did not recognize, did not answer. Looked up number, it is from a Verizon landline (supposedly) based in Los Angeles, CA. Wonderering how they got my cell number....
I didn't recognize the "Los Angeles" area code, so I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message. After browsing the phone number on the internet, realized its a phishing scam. They want your credit card number. This will definitely be reported to the FCC.
Robocall - I waited until the end where it said to press "2" to be removed from their database.
Robot asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate and to press "1" to do so. "Representative" said I have a $3000 balance and how was going to pay that off. He said it's for my bank of America chase card which I don't have.. They immediately hung up after.
