(315) 951-5020

Received a call from (315) 951-5020 with a foreign accent saying from IRS and sent a letter 21 days ago. Replied have not got such a letter and asked to resend the letter. The caller said no and will sue me through a lawyer. He hung up. Called the second time (315) 951-5020. The same guy answered with a Pakistan or Indian accent threatening me to pay him $9000.00 due to IRS or he will let the court send a policeman to arrest me. What a terrible threatening to an old person of over eighty being in the US for over twenty years and to a US citizen who is loyal to the country. Though it was the first time to have received such a threatening call pretending a government agent from IRS. This should not happen in the US.

I also received a voice recorded message saying that the IRS is suing me. The call was at 11:40a (Pacific Time). Thank you for all these posts. Of course at first I was suspicious so I ran to my computer and found this site. Thank you!!

03/18/2016 9:20AM (Pacific Time), called and a recording says "This is an official call from IRS, the IRS is filling a lawsuit against you, please call this department number 315-951-5020". This is totally illegal of pretending to be a GOVERNMENT AGENCY to lure citizen into the trap. I confirmed with IRS that there are no lawsuit again me.

I got the same call. I'm a Verizon customer. It's recorded voice claiming that the IRS is suing me and to call back on the number. I

I received same message. I called number with a my number blocked and line just rings. no answer.
