They call me everyday, though I blocked them a month ago. When I call back, nothing happens. No clue who they are, just annoying.

Two more unwanted calls from this Los Angeles VOIP number have been received from this scam contractor. In both instances, when the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.
This (probably unlicensed) scam contractor can't seem to find an honest way to earn a living. Even the venerable website www.whitepages.com describes his number as "scam or fraud." Avoid this shyster!
