Try to gain remote access to computer..then want to fix the problem they make...took an elderly friend for 200k.

This is a scam. Call several times a week saying they are from Microsoft and want access to my computer to remove virus/malware down loaded with Windows 10. When I ask if I can call them back they hang up.
