Someone called from "Dell Technical Support" and said my service tag had shown up on their list. I asked which service tag and he actually had my service tag, but I don't trust anybody who calls me with no caller ID so I made up a lie and said the computer has been out of the country for a few months with someone else (so he would leave me alone). He told me to call back at 323-744-7761 and ask for him specifically (I forgot his name, since I was like 99% sure this was a scam caller).

"John" called from Dell Technical Support claiming that a service tag from my computer "dinged" their server. I asked for his phone number: 323-744-7761. I suspected this to be a scam and so it is.

Man from Dell service said they were receiving error codes from computer. Asked for his number after he called numerous times so my husband could talk with him. Said his name was Daniel Brown and gave the number (323) 744-7761. He always called from a "private" number.

Caller called saying he is from Window Care Center, name Aaron Green , tel # 323-744-7761. I let him access my computer (How stupid can I be). He asked me to pay 179.99 to clean up my computer. I told him to call back. I check Window Care website and called their number 1-855-228-2724, person answered has the same Indian accent, but saying they do not have any employee by the name Aaron Green. I think the company website is also a scam. http://windowscarecenter.com/.

Caller representing themselves from Dell customer service. My computer is sending out error signals. The computer they are calling about was sent back to Dell in October 2015 because the charger died and it would no longer turn on. Hard for a system that doesn't charge to send out error signals, and Dell knows I no longer own that computer because they sent me the new replacement under warranty. Definitely a scam call. They have called before and hung up when I mentioned they were scammers.

there was an email from one of my clients that had the client's signature and wanted to use my Google Drive to download a large file. This type of request is not usual, but it was a spam email. The spam recreated my signature and send to several if not all of my business client emails. A few minutes ago I received a call from this telephone number and it was a windows technician. Too much of a coincidence. I determined a mac computer in California caused the problems on the spam email

I got a call too but they helped me understand a lot of how computers work. Strange the guy didnt ask me for money or access to my computer. Looks like they are marketing themselves under a false banner but yes they are providing satisfying services

Yes they called me on my cell phone. Iam a call center agent. I know how computers work as I deal with them on a daily basis. Iknew my personal computer was having performance issues but didnt have time to attend it. So gave in to them for just a fifty bucks and they cleaned it up for me. It seems like they are working under a false banner but yes THEY ARE WORKING. So no issues

Scammers who are trying to convince you that they are from Microsoft and want to help you fix your computer. They will try to trick you into allowing them to access your computer remotely. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

Called said my pc was sending out bad signals. My pc hasn't been online for about a year now. They hung up, I just had to call them back and yelled at them. Told them I hate scammers!

Caller identified herself as from Windows Tech Support (foreign accent - indian?). She mentioned computer errors she could help me fix. I told her I was driving and was not near my computer - I hung up. She did not call back.

Call came in from Windows Tech Support regarding several errors on my computer asking me to go to my computer and they would walk me thru fixes. Sound was so echoing that I couldn't understand him. I asked when errors occured. I couldn't hear so I asked for name and number to call back.
