they called my grandma's house yesterday looking to fix our computer! We don't even have a Microsoft computer!

He had a mid eastern accent and told me that my computer was downloading virus's and he was going to help me fix it. I acted like I was stupid and was trying to follow along, At that point, he hung up.

my computer is generating errors. Told them I owned an Apple, and that is impossible. Person had a heavy "Indian" accent. and I don't mean native American Indian. Next time I will tell them I have an HP system running HPUX.
