It is trying to sell job opportunities, or so they say. But, I have read online from other reports that they ask for your date of birth first.

A man called saying that he was calling me in regards to a survey that I filled out. He said I qualified for a free job finding service. He proceeded to ask me personal information questions. I told him that I wasn't interested, that I'm self employed and very happy doing what I'm doing. He then hung up ...he was fishing for my personal information. If this person calls you don't tell them anything.
