Never got that far, have gotten 10 calls from them in the 5 days. Now I just tell them to "TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST" and they ignore me.

Lowering interest rates, normally preceded by a recorded message. If given option to press # to not receive anymore calls, I've pressed, but keep receiving calls. When I press the # to talk with someone and ask for them to stop calling they hang up on me...then calls continue. I've recv'd at least 7 since 1/1/2012. Different #'s, different names, sometimes different voices.

We have only received one call from them. But might of received more if I hadn't called them back tonight. My son subscribed to Model Airplane. We did not renew the subscription, because he don't read them and was a waste of money. When I called, I spoke with a very nice lady. I explained that we were not renewing subscription and why. She said she would take care of.

AFTER 27 CALLS IN ONE DAY I FINALLY GAVE IN & LISTENED TO WHAT THEY HAD TO SAY!
my disney family fun was up for renewal but at a cheaper rate than i paid before!
so i renewed it for my grand kids.
you should listen to what they have to say, or call their customer service to find out about the calls.
its simple!
im so glad that i saved money!
