TruGreen aggressively tele-markets its customers, even via cell phone, even after telling them to not call. As a customer of TruGreen, I don't mind if they are alerting me about service calls, but this is never the case. All they do is attempt to up-sell services disguised as a service call, which is in fact, telemarketing... which is illegal if you explicitly tell them NOT to call about anything outside of the realm of your standard services. They need to be reported to the FTC and FCC.
