SCAM!!! BLOCK THE NUMBER!!!

This number and very similar ones keep calling. Spam. I just keep blocking them from my iPhone.

Spam. Woman's voice said clearly, "Hi, this is Sarah." Then she said something else and the sound cut in and out, unintelligible. Then she clearly said, "Can you hear me alright?" I hung up without speaking at all, this is a scam where they try to get you to say yes to something, then record your voice and use it to fake verbal approval for anything they want. Just hang up!
