I receive the call periodically but never answer.

330-836-7919 called me today. I have taken a new approach to these scam calls. Before, I would just hang up. Now, I say "just a minute," and set the phone down. I go do something else and check back on the phone about 10 minutes later. Usually, I get a dial tone, if not, I just put the phone down again and go about my business. (a couple of times, I turned the TV on, near the phone, to entertain them!) It may not stop the calls completely, but it slows the caller down, saving the next person for awhile.

We have received calls from them and they are very rude. He said that $50 will remove me from list-- ha ha! Don't fall for it. Rude and rediculous! Wish I could block them but it's my home number. :(

Amy Murphy contacted me also reporting a windows flaw. I don't have windows which stumped her. I asked to be put on DNC list - and then told them I am reporting this to all channels give this was a scam. She called me many colorful names My concern is that can they get any information from my phone number?

They are currently stating they are calling from windows that my computer is sending them error messages. I asked when sent they couldn't answer. Advised haven't been on the computer they said well it is sending errors when I am on it.

I have received numerous calls from this company from both males and females. Claiming to be from windows receiving computer complaints. They have also claimed to be from Microsoft. when I asked why they were calling from a phone from amy murphy I was told oh that's their boss's #. Have asked them to not call again, but I am receiving calls a couple of times a week still from them. Have hung up numerous times after asking them not to call again. Advised never had a call from a private number. I have been told by different people that they are in Florida, Georgia. Asked why it was showing a number in Ohio, they could not answer the question.

yes they sai they wanted to work on my computer and when I said I was tapping the line and reporting them to Homeland Security they said some very vile things to me. My 330 years of American heritage sprang up and out of my mouth, they were more than likely taking me off their call list.

Did not answer but the name Amy Murphy shows up on caller ID - several calls per week come thru.
