SCAM!!!! Also left voice mail saying my Duke Energy account has been flagged for review. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH DUKE ENERGY. Called Duke Energy and was told that this is a SCAM. These people are trying to get your personal identification.
Left voicemail and person's name. No company. Said their 'system' flagged me for review of my utility bill, call for lower rate.
