Phone showed "Unknown." Caller identified herself as being with Verizon Financial Services. Said I had a delinquent account (I don't) and wanted me to verify my social security number (I didn't). She had an unsettling bit of info -- my landline, my Verizon account number and my name. I've no idea how she managed to triangulate those.
