Scam, don't even answer it. Just by picking up the line they know it's a good number and they keep it in the database.

Got the same phone call, Verizon caller Id says it is Fed Refund Dept. Didn't answer. I doubt that IRS will give me a call instead of sending me anything by mail.

I stopped answering unfamiliar area codes a few months ago. I enter the number into google n pages like this one tells me all i need to know. I dont know anyone in Orlando,FL so why answer it? Scammers. They need a hobby.
