The automated recording initially said that there were no problems with my credit cards, however, if I'd like to lower my rates, I could find out more. Press '3' if I'd like to discontinue future calls (which I've done at least twice before in the last few months) OR press '1' to find out more. The business name was never identified.

Pre recorded Rachel called me again to try to get me to transfer my balance to their company so I can get a lower interest rate. Her problem is that I never carry over any baalance on a credit card. This is the ninth complaint I have registered since April 30 of this year. I am tired of getting these calls. I have to pay money out of pocket just for caller ID so I can file these complaints. Why can't you shut down this scam?????

"This is Rachel, from credit card services, with an offer to lower the interest rate on your credit card." This message has been received many times. I put in *57 to trace the call and got "successful trace". You can contact Verizon to get the information on my call. I have received many calls from the same advertiser, and have traced at least three of them. However, Verizon charges $4.00 for each trace. I think this is too high a fee, and discourages people from tracing these calls.

Cardholder services - to transfer my credit card loan to them. The message says to press 3 to discontinue calls but I've been pressing 3 for months and keep getting them. I pressed 1 to get a live operator and got into an argument as to why they kept caling me. She just kept asking why I didn't want to take advantage of their services. She hung up on me saying "Enjoy the calls, ma'am".

for lowering your interest rate to as little as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice. Press the number 3 to discontinue further notices or press the number 1 on your phone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate. Thank you. Have a great day.
