Received 3 calls, shows number and originating from Chattanooga TN. Returned the call - "NON Working Number". My guess is the callers phone is set to "DO NOT DISPLAY ID" and the carrier displays this number instead. The caller does not want you to know who is really calling. Anyone with this carrier and their ID set to "DO NOT DISPLAY" will show as this number if they call from this area or phone was registered there.
