This was a call from Spectrum stating they were going to e-mail me a streaming app for me to try for free for a month. They were confirming my name, age and that I financially responsible for making decisions in my household.
I feel this was a call that was moving too fast that the person wasn't really listening to anything and was just unloading a script.
