This is the common "Dell Scam." Guy with an Indian accent who calls himself "Paul Jackson" (yeah, right) says he's from Dell and my computer has sent Dell a message that indicates that my computer has been infected with viruses. I am told to visit a website for analysis. This is, of course, the website where they will infect my computer, probably install a key logger, and steal all my IDs and passwords and empty my bank accounts. I asked "Paul Jackson" or Kumar or Manjit or whatever his name really is, if people really fall for this scam and at least he was honest and replied "Yes". He hung up on me. Good riddance!
