medications ordered from Sumpterville, Fl. I am not on any medication, nor have ordered meds from any company in Sumpterville. Last meds that I was perscribed was over a year ago from the VA in Orlando, FL.

Home improvement services, offered a free estimate for a bathroom remodel. They claimed they'd "be in our area" in the near future, despite the phone number comes back to Oregon. The female caller pushed to know if I worked nights or days, when I was home, when my wife was home, and what time I went to work.

This is a "Debt Collector" by the name of Delta Outsource Group, which fraudulently uses other parties phone numbers to scam information out of people. Once they get enough account information they will access your bank account or credit card accounts.
