I knew it was spam but pressed 9 and waited for a rep. When I told them I wanted my cell # removed they hung up on me.

Credit balance reduction had been calling my cell phone nearly daily for a month. I transferred to a rep. As soon as I said, "you guys keep calling my cell phone," the lady hung up on me. This is the second time they've done this.
