got a call from this #today, so now i see others have as well- like 112 others- that's probably the TIP of the iceberg, I get a message that this line has been disconnected or is no longer in use. WHAT'S THAT MEAN? :
I heard from someone that if someone was recording your phone messages, they would call your number, and WHEN you called back on your phone, then the Tap connection was made, and I guess, every stinking phone call you made from your phone, someone else could be listening to. HMMMMM :

Received phone call from who is identified as "John Starke" (after web search). I was cycling and didn't hear the phone but there was no message. Oddly, just an hour later, my girlfriend (who i share an AT&T family share plan with) received a call from the same number (no message of course)... who ever is doing this, i don't think that it can be linked to a single service provider... there are a number of other web discussions on this caller (one suggesting ways to file formal complaint with the FCC); many different carriers being targeted....

I have at&t pay-as-go card number and got call from this number today. I didn't pick it up. Thank you for providing information on this site.

I recieveed a call from this numbe today and t was a voice message claiming that my warranty on my car was running out. I checked the number and it said that it was from John Starke. My guess is that the telemarketers maske themselves with this number

I have an area code 315 AT&T cell phone number and received a call from 507-345-5596 at 1154am, while driving between Pittsburgh and Erie.

Like many others, I did not answer and the caller left no message. Calling back resulted in a fast busy.

Google indicates the number is listed John Starke, 417 E Lafayette St, Mankato, MN 56001, but I'm sure that is not the case.

Several calls received on my Alltel phone from 507-345-5596. Recorded message (female) does not talk until you say something. "Second notice on your factory warranty" is a far as they get with me.

This freak just called me on my cricket phone which is used as my bail bonds line. I have had it for about a month. He did not say a word. He hung up on me. I tried calling back and it rings busy. I googled the number and much to my surprise I found all of your statements. Can't believe what this a## hole is doing. Hope he calls me back for sure!! I am a fugutive recovery agent. would like to know what the reason for the call was, message if left by him was muffle. VERY FISHY!!!!!

Called my Sprint cell phone. I'm assuming that somebody sold my telephone number when I recently used my Warranty coverage on my current vehicle. It could have been the call center, the warranty center, or even the garage that eventually came out to jump my vehicle.

These types of phone calls (purported to be about auto warranties) started about a week after I used my existing warranty to make a claim.... I think that it's rather odd to be just a coincidence.

Got a call from that number did not answer it. I usually goggle numbers I do not know. Sad to see it has called so many people. I am a verizon user.
