Tried to force me into upgrading. Wouldn't not take no for an answer. Conversation started off with "we're going to go ahead and upgrade your service to yadayada which is free for the first week". I said no at which point she would just keep saying "it's the best of both worlds so I'm gonna go ahead and mark you down to be upgraded" over and over every time I said no. After a minimum of 6 times I had to hang up. She had no plans on taking no for an answer.
