I just got a call from this number stating the same thing. My payment is past due. She offered to allow me to make a payment over the phone free of charge and I refused. She also asked when my last payment was made. I refused to give her any information and hung up. I get calls daily from them.

I'm being harassed by this number as well. I block them, they still come through. Then they call from another number on top of this off by one digit.

I am so relieved that I did not provide any information to "Maria" calling from "Macy's" about my "past due" balance. I first received a call on Monday stating that my Macy's balance is 12 days past due, which I know was false. She then asked to resolve this balance with my financial institutions account (which she named specifically) thy have on file. So, she then asks me to provide her with my banks routing number, as well as the account number and the last four digits of my social security number. I then asked her, why did she need this information is you have it on file, also that this payment will be made on Friday and hung up. She called me back today (Friday) and stated that she could take my payment over the phone with the last four of my SSN and routing number. I told her I will do no such thing because I am at work and will pay online. She then states, "ohh, it will only take two minutes." I hung up on here and Googled the number and found numerous sites stating that this is a scam.

I started to get 8 calls in just two days and leaves no message, and when I returned the call, auto answer put me on hold and when person came out, asked for my name to verify the account for Macy. I felt it was really off so I hang up. Sure enough it doesn't sound legit because normally Macy would leave detailed message and if I do call back, it will say it's Macy. I know it's a scam.

This person still manages to call through. I've tried blocking them and they still get through. I'm pissed about this!

They don't text but this number has come up more than once in a single day. By now it's considered harrassment. I've tried to have this number blocked but they still manage to call through. I want them to stop PERMANANTLY.

Very annoying. Calls several times a day and leaves no message.
Answered phone once sounding annoyed and they just hung up.
I am on the do not call list so they wont leave messages and risk getting fined.

I 'Googled' this to see who was calling, and found multiple sites that claim the number is a scam. The caller reportedly insists he/she is from Macy's and needs to collect on past due payment. I do have a Macy's card; however, my balance is $0. Looks like this is a scam, and I will be reporting this to authorites in my state. Also blocking this number from my cell. How do these idiots find me?!

Claims call is "personal business" and won't give any other information as to what it has to do with . Asks to speak to a specific person and will not give any other message other than a 1-800# and the call is urgent. ***This call came in on my land line.

This number and a similar one (513-754-9822) have been calling me daily, sometimes more than once, including weekends for weeks. If you wait on the line, there will eventually be a live human to speak with. I have asked them repeatedly to take me off their list and stop calling me - to no avail. Not answering any 513 number seems to work the best at minimizing my aggravation. I've blocked their number with my cell phone company, but they just call on a different line. When I call them back to complain, there is no answer and then the calling frequency intensifies after that. Isn't there something that can be done? This is harassment.

Really getting aggravated by Macy's, they keep calling my home phone and cell phone, letting it ring twice and then line goes dead. Paid bill on line, but calls keep coming. Have tried to answer calls from this number but there is only silence on the other end when I answer.
