my 17 year old daughter gets calls from this number all day long during school asking for Albert. She has told them several times they have the wrong # and they keep calling back.
I called them and told them to remove her #, but they couldn't find it in their records?????? I told them if she receives another call, I will file a complaint. He told me he will forward this number to his supervisor for removal. We shall see what happens..........

I figured how to stop this calls!!! I just realized that most of the phone have a setting where you can block certain callers that you dont like. Just look up the setting of your phone, choose the call block option, input the telephone numbers that you dont want to receive calls, then save. Only the particular caller I.D that you input and save in the caller block setting will be block. Next thing you know you wont get any incoming call coming from this people. Problem solve!! ;)

Macy's card services. Calling to collect past due payment on credit card (a week or so late). SOOOO ANNOYING they call all day every day.

I have the same problem. They call multiple times daily and never leave a message. When I finally got someone on the phone they were calling about a past due amount that we are disputing for a fraudulent charge. They understand we are disputing the charge but still call multiple times daily.

I get these calls 2-4 times a day and if I answer, there is nobody on the line and nothing is said. If I let my answering machine answer the call from this number, no message is left. If this is from Macy's, I do not understand why they would even have my number because I never have even been in a Macy's store nor do I have a Macy's card.

Multiple calls day and night; accounts up to date yet they continue. When answer, no one on other end. This is sheer, pure harrassment, and if caller cannot call during normal business hours, leave a message, or better yet, SEND A LETTER, then I will continue not answering these calls. Cannot seem to block the number or get off their auto dialing. Would like to file a federal claim if possible. I spoke with a real person by calling the back of my credit card, and filed a complaint as cannot continue to tolerate 7:19am Sunday morning calls, and calls throughout the evening up to and often past 9pm...invasion of privacy.

These people call me multiple times everyday from 6am until 8pm, even on the weekends

damn macys and bloomingdale keep calling here 2 times a day every day every day.. so i called them back and ask them to removed my home phone # which they said so but they are lying they keep calling me all the time...

Get calls from this number 2-4 times a day. if you pick it up, no one is on the line. I have a macys account and it is paid on time. so annoying!

I do not have a Macy's card, nor have I ever had one, yet I receive at least 4 calls per day from this Macy's number. I also do not have an AMEX. I have no idea why they are calling me but they never leavd a message either.

If you have a Macy's card and use it to make American Express purchases, this is their number. Got a new card and not once was I told there would be a separate bill for AMEX purchases. Live and learn!
