Ridiculous. I don't shop with Macy's much and use the card only as a convenience rather than cash. Also, I pay on time monthly and have excellent credit. Whomever makes these calls is a liability for Macy's who benefits from their interest charges. As someone who pays on time, I am not their best customer.
