consumer credit card services--lowering interest rate

I was the one that answered my cell phone. I have blocked them in the past with the same line, just different phone numbers. I have only 5 numbers free to block from Verizon. I have used all five from the same type of advertising, they keep using these different numbers. I have asked Verizon to look into it however, when they called the number back is says that the number is not valid, so they have front numbers to hide their actual numbers.

They were purporting to "refinance" my credit cards -- of which I have none -- through some bogus government refinancing program. Obviously a scam to get credit card info from vulnerable people.

Also, I answered the call and pressed one to speak to a represtentative to tell them not to call me again, and they swore at me, threatened to rape me, and told me to fuck off.
