Hi There, A family member who lives at sunshine housing co-op located in North surrey told me that a president of the place Mr.David Foulds is a police informer for the last 20 + years and is suspecting of abusing his position, giving information about members and full access to security cameras to his buddies at RCMP, many members are aware of the fact and filled a complaint however are afraid of repercussion from Mr.Foulds and local Surrey RCMP, if there is anything you can do about it please help us out by posting comments or links here
