N.E. Green, as per caller ID, repeatedly keeps calling and I do not answer.

I have been getting calls from NE Green a lot. I answered the call today and they offered a free energy audit and some $1800 in government rebates. I told them this is too good to be true, the lady said, the audit is paid for by the government and they hope that the quote they give us will lead to some business in the future. I finally said yes today, and a person named Chris will come tomorrow at 1PM, initially they offered 2PM slot, but when I asked Chris how long this takes, he said it takes anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours. I told him I need to be somewhere at 3:30PM on Saturday so then he switched to 1PM so that he would have enough time for his audit. They asked me about the number of doors and windows and type of insulation in my attic. I get a feeling that they are just a door/window and insulation company that is looking for business. I bet that Chris who will do the energy audit, is probably only a sales person and will be pushing their window and doors. Chances are they will offer additional discounts if I make-up my mind right then and there during his visit. Probably like that Replacement by Andersen window company. The only reason I am posting this here is because, like other posters, I too was unable to call back at the number they had on my caller ID. THis will leave a written trail of why happened in case if I ever forget of need it to give a law enforcement personnel.

They are still calling. So annoying! My son was able to get through and requested that the calls stop and they did for a few months, but have started again.

They called two nights ago and again today. Both times they hung up before saying anything.

It was a call offering free inspection of your home for energy efficiency and offering funding from the government for improvements!

Called at 7pm calls all the time, asked bob not to call anymore and the worm hung up.

claim to be from ESE Energy Dept. in Allentown, Pa. set up an appointment for 11/16/2011 at 10am to do energy evaluation.

they have been calling almost every day, many times a day,finally I answer the phone and I had this guy talking to me,like he nkows me for ever and offered me a program that will help save money on my energy bill and will help me on how save money on installing new windows, now I am trying to call them, and guest what? no answer.

N E Green call's 2,3,4 times a day, at all hours. They never answer when I pick up, and the number on the ID can not be reached. We filled out a card at the Union Co. Music Fest. They were selling solar panels. And they were from PA. Go figure. Can anyone figure why they do not speak when we answer the phone???

This caller has been calling me for a month now. Calls used to come a few times a week then went down to once a week and now we are back up to 2 or 3 time. I answer no one is there. When I do not answer they never leave a message and when I call back it says "we are sorry your call did not go through, will you please try your call again" I am also on the do not call list. I am calling Verizon tomorrow and telling them about these harassing phone calls!

They call and hang up. Now they answer and fight with me as to why I don't want them calling my Number any more.
