Calling all day, even 10pm
The robot is persistent. I'm reporting this again because it continually calls my phone. An FTC report does little good and more than likely it's a VoIP line. It would be like tracking down Dust in the Wind.
In addition to call control I suggest creating a contact on your phone name it something like junk. You can add virtually and unlimited number of phone numbers to that contact. I keep updating my contact that I do call junk. Then I block that contact. If for whatever reason call control is not available I have a secondary way to block this sphincter.
I found the easiest way is after you've done to look up on Call control, to go back one step. Instead of look up select add to contacts. Just update the contact name junk. Save the contact. Then, block the contact. All numbers will be blocked. Apparently have 217 block phone numbers in that particular contact. So this is the tip of the day from a retired it programmer.
And in the event the owner of the robocalling program reads this, you are causing me zero frustration. My phone doesn't even nudge when that number calls. I just got a little icon on top that says you were blocked. Jerk. Get a life.

Verizon blocked this number for me, it's reported as spam. Block it!
Have called 5 times today. Answered first call before I saw number and immediately got a click. Also, once recording Microsoft refund scam. Won't stop.
