We were billed early termination fees when we moved and could not get signal for Vzn and had to go to another provider.We had been told we would not have to pay early termination fee if we could not get a signal. then when we changed over, they billed us and whenever we called about it the ysaid they would call us back after checking with another department and we were never called back. We called them again and got the same thing. Now they call from different numbers five to seven days a week and if yiou answer you hear a recorded message about how much you owe, etc. If you do not answer they either leave the recorded message on your voice mail or leave no message.

I got the same situation!! For the past three months or four months, I got this the same number and I DID NOT answer it or SEND a text just knew right away it is scam or someone is trying to get the information. I called the vz and asked them to change the phone number but it apparently did not work at all. I had to pay for MORE!! There is one way that you should file a compliant to the FCC and they can investigate. Do it NOW than later.

It was verizon don't know why they called my bill is caught up so screw them lol right.....

Keep getting these calls on my cell phone. No one there when I answer. No voice message left either. Have no idea what this is about.....

This was a legitimate call from Verizon Wireless. The number was 615-372-2999. I called them back and entered their number in when it asked for my wireless number. It got me to a rep and I told him that I was harassed by an agent there. It was not a legitimate accusation and the agent was very rude to my wife. I told him that the number that he called was not associated with the name that the agent asked about and told him to remove my home phone number from his records> I also mentioned that if I got another harassing call that I would file a complaint with the FCC. They are just jerk collection agents with old info. You just have to set them straight! He complied and was most courteous!
