Rec'd call yesterday (5/1) afternoon, robocall claiming to be from Windows Refund Dept. Claims I purchased a service contract for $299.99 and that due to "server issues" they can no longer help me. They are offering a full refund if I talk to an agent.

I pressed "1" and an E Indian accented male answered. Repeated what was said in recording and that all that was needed was for me to go to a website and download a claim request form. Web site address was www.teamviewer.com. Told me also that I may have purchased this service plan some time ago, which was why I didn't recall doing it. Only service agreement I ever purchased was through Dell (manufacturer of my PC). Appeared they were attempting to access my PC and not just download a form, so I told him I didn't believe him and that I was going to report him to FCC/FTC. He said something like okay with that and to have a good day.
