I have received calls from 2 different numbers 6413294328 and 6413163058 both saying they were Lime Creek IPA and to call back. And then today, I received a text message from 6143163058 with a Scott Ferris and saying I need you to call or text back. Does not give a reason or nothing else. I am not calling or texting back because from everything I’ve read and from what I have went through in the past, it’s a SCAM!!!
Called twice different # second time 6413294328 I answered to a robocall grrrrrr😡😡🤬
Very rude when I called the number back
A John Cutler called my office and when I told him I could not take calls at work he threatened to call my HR department to have my wages garnished. This was 5/18. He claimed time was almost up for me to make on a debt. I told him to email documents. He sent them 10/18/18. Now 2/8/19 he is texting me demanding that I call him.
Amanda Boston from Lime Creek IPA called me and said she needed my SS# and date of birth to verify my identity. When I refused, she became VERY rude and threatening. She would not tell me what the call was in reference to, so why would I give her my information? I checked my credit and have no collections.

To start I would say they have to verify they are talking to the correct party. Normally asking to verify the last four digits of a SSN or a mailing address, DOB as well especially if Jr/Sr. Again, to make sure they aren't disclosing personal information to the wrong party.
Credit reporting is not an exact science by a long shot so just because something you may owe is not on a credit report doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
Collections are a truly hard pride swallowing job. Some consumers are great to work with but most others, not so much.
Long and short – if you have issues with any collector or collection agency get details and write them down and then you can go back to the original company they claim you owed and you can verify the account back to the issuer and if it was in fact past due, if the account is now assigned to an agency and if the account was sold. The original issuer should provide you with that information as well as a phone number. Then it’s up to you to take the next step, and so on and so on until you can feel good about doing the right thing.
Being a man of God I always ask people to reflect before passing judgment and good luck with what ever you do.
