Credit card scammers. Wanted to offer a lower interest rate on my card but they weren't calling from any of my creditors.

I'm on national "do not call" list but this number called my cell phone, nobody on the other end, just silence...I hung up and then got another call just like it.

Called me at 12:00 pm and 12:01 pm. No message left. I did not attempt calling it back. If they can't leave a message, it's not that important!

I got a call from this number this morning too and same recording when I called it back. I immediately blocked it. I don't give my number out and I'm already on the do not call registry. Annoyed these spammers are still getting through.

Getting so sick and tired of all the phone calls I get, and this is another one.

I called the number back to see who had called me. A recording said that the number I had reached was not in service. Since it was less than 20 minutes after they called me, I know it had to be Scammers!
