Received several calls on my cell phone when I finally answered they said they were a litigation company for a payday loan from 2012. When I asked who the payday loan company was I was informed that they were not at liberty to tell me the name, but I owed 630$ and if I did not pay immediately I would have to go to court/jail and pay fines and fee's, and they would garnish my wages. I told them if they were not at liberty to give me the name of "so called loan place" I was not at liberty to continue conversation. They called my husbands phone and left a message that they were going to arrest me if I did not contact them. Since that call they called my place of employment 3 times, with the last caller saying to the receptionist "are u sure she's not there, and that they was sending a sheriff to my employment to arrest me. I have since phoned the police department in the town in which the call came from, my local police department, and now contacting the Federal Trades Commission. Leave me alone!!!!!
