I received a call today from this character named "Johnathan Price", I picked up but they said nothing, I received the call before and it claimed to be a David Ross, I just purchased a new computer yesterday and I haven't had time to register it yet. It's the same number: 646-588-1663. I am blocking this number as of today.

646-588-1663 called 75 times-calls every day. also uses unavailable and other India numbers. Real jerk and dumb scammer. DO NOT ANSWER
They called yesterday and just now. I knew before they started talking and I called them out. I said "let me guess, there is a virus on my computer right". He says "Yes Ma'am". I told him this is bs,I'm tracing the call and he's going to get caught. I am so sick of these calls and it happens daily. I'm even on do not call registry, which I am going to call and report this and re register. If you have pc issues go to Best Buy geeks. I do. They will tell you this action is a scam.

this was the number +1(646)588-1663 related to this comment. Beware!!!
Anyone trying to convince you to let them remote connect should be someone you called not being called. I've had this done on my computer and many times repairs were done right before my eyes but I called never the other way around.
They have called several times in the past two weeks, claiming to be from "Windows PC Services". I usually hang up on them, but this evening I decided to threaten them with turning their number over to the FBI. They have tried this same scam via other numbers. Apparently they have found a way to fake caller id numbers. I checked one of the numbers and it was the number to schedule tours of Empire State building.
They said my computer was downloading virus and causing flags on their system. They have heavy Indian accent. My internet is down so their claim is bogus.
