Just called my home, I pretended to have an accent. Lady started to say something, then she hung up on me. I am on do not call list, will report

Called 2 days ago, did not leave a message. I called back and got an automated recording saying 'call volumes are high, please stay on line for an agent', recording repeats itself every 2 or 3 seconds. I hung up.
Get calls several times a day for at least 6 weeks now but do not answer. They never leave a message. Will report as I am on the no call list.
Calling my place of business a few times, but does not leave a message, can hear several voices in the background.
This number calls several times a day. When I try to call back...I get a computer and it does not identify who this call is from or the name of the company...
