Pinpoint Research works for T-Mobile. They do not do telemarketing per se so the National Don't Call list doesn't block them. They get around this by having you call another number to complete their survey. To stop their calls, you also have to call another number.

I got 4 calls from them today alone. They are a research company working for T-mobile. I called t-mobile to put them on my "blocked List" and they could not even do that. They gave me a number to call to leave your number and they would not call back. The number is 1-866-923-0455. They are based out of Califorina, and they have local office here in las vegas. Just got one...I've been getting quite a few scam calls lately. Interesting that I just had a
rather "intense" call to T-Mobile billing department today for unfamiliar calls on my bill and now get one of these. hmmmm, let's hope not!

Got this call while I was in the middle of surgery. I had the cell phone in my pocket. The Doctor brought me out from anesthesia to answer the call, thinking it must be important. Turns out my heart was still out of my chest. I passed out before being able to answer the call. The exact same thing happened like 8 times during this surgery. I wish I had my phone on vibrate.
