Called send said that my area is now available with spectrum. I told him that i just checked and it wasn't. I asked him weekday my address was and it was not even close to the right community.

6th call from this number in past 34 days. I Picked up & said Hello, but Hindu Bob muttered something to his cellmates & hung up.

Keeps calling and hanging up. Once or twice they have spoken and both times it was a male with a hindu accent saying he was from spectrum. Spam or very, very unprofessional.
