Sick of Scam Calls

Received an "out of area call" from 212-476-1000 at 10:16 am. When looked the number up, it says it belongs to Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Received a second call from 706-494-2609 at 10:17 am. CID came up as Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I can't afford health insurance therefore there can be no disputed claims as stated in other posts about these numbers; therefore either they dialed the wrong number or its another SCAM.
