Yep. Same exact message here. The first part of the message is always cut off but I can hear the last part saying they have a warrant for arrest.

Woman's voice claiming to be from IRS called my cell phone.. Must call back before legal action is taken against me. I used my land line phone to call back and it was an automated message that the caller was not available and I should leave a msg. Called back from my cell phone and it said the number I've dialed is no longer in service.

They called left message IRS called them back and played games I know it is a scam so told the hold on have to wipe babys bottom. call them back can you hear me now. call back and a male says he from IRS and what do you want yes I have a bra on what kind of question is that from a IRS agent He asks is your phone working. Told him it was last time I looked. Just kept messing with them and they blocked my number . Wished I had a three year old I would have told he it was santa...LOL

I got the same message - called back just because I knew it was a trick.

Recorded female voice advising to call back before they pursue as a legal matter. Left her 'direct line' never mentioned IRS but when I tried to call back just to give grief never even rang.
