Health Insurance spam!

Repeated calls from this number which I don't answer. They hang up before going to voice mail. I block the number, then calls start coming in from almost same phone number but with last number different. Apparently it's a call center with a bunch of sequentially numbered phone lines that they rotate through trying to get people to pick up.

Called my cell, left no message. I tried to call back just to bother them, and got a recording that "Verizon wireless cannot complete your call as dialed."
