Well these same idiots r calling me. It began several weeks ago with them
calling my husband saying he received money from a loan and defaulted on paying
it. He then started calling my phone. He had that same heavy Indian accent. I
told him he was lying because we did not get a loan. He insisted my husband
would b arrested. After hanging up I called and put a watch on our bank account.
They continued to call and I noticed the more upset I got the worse they got so
I began acting stupid. I said "does your mama know u r doing this?" He kept acting like he didn't understand me and so I kept on. I said, "your mama would be so upset if she knew you were doing people like this, whats your name?" He said, Perez, something Perez. I said are you kin to Beto Perez and he said who? I said Beto Perez you know the Zumba instructor? I said, I'm doing Zumba and its really good for your health. They must have gotten bored or aggravated and hung up. NOW, three weeks later, they are back calling from this 714-983-8179 number saying that his name was Officer Neil Johnson. I automatically knew it was the idiot calling again. I said are you kin to Don Johnson, he said excuse me. I said "What you doing today". He said, Excuse me, and I said What you doing today? You just call to talk? Where you at? Him-California Me-Whats the weather like Him-What, Me-Whats the weather like? He of course played dumb then he got mad and said I want to f**k you. I said what, and he kept repeating it over and over and I said, "Now that is really ugly and your mama would not be proud of you. I said, now I'm not trying to be judgemental but from that it sounds like you aren't saved. Do you know the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour cause what you doing and saying is going to send you straight to hell. He said some more stuff I couldn't understand, he hung up and called right back. I said hold on and let me get the bible. He was saying stuff but I wouldn't listen because I would have gotten upset so I just talked into the phone and started reading out of Proverbs 22 chapter. He of course, Really didn't like that and I just kept on reading. He hung up again and called back from an unknown number and I answered and kept on reading as if he had never hung up and he didn't say anything just listened for a little while then hung up and didn't call back. So then my brother in law calls and says they are calling my husbands prior job and I explain it is scam and i've reported it to Verizon, my bank, and local police but don't know what else to do. At this point Im just going to pray and leave it up to God to sort em out.

100% scam. He called left voice mail I was to be arrested kids taken lose job for 6 months, SS blocked. Never asked for money on voice mail. But Do NOT give him money. I believe he hacked info from loan company site. Phone Numbers used are forwarded and say full number is an extension. I think he is in another country unfortunately. He uses many other #'s. Police will not call you like that. Legitimate collection agency don't leave voice mails like that either. If you did use a loan company for a loan such as cashnetusa.com and he has your info (name street phone # possibly SS#) as he did mine change your bank account number to be safe. Report him to police and FBI.

A man with middle eastern accent left an odd message on my answering machine. It was hard to understand him but I caught his name - officer Neil Johnson (I doubt it) and that I need to return his call urgently or I will face jail. Sounds like scam.
