My caller ID says "Survey". New York as origination. Offer lower credit interest. My credit card application is locked so it is a phishing scam.
They are phishing wanting me to give them my credit card number except the first four digits without knowing my name. I figure unsafe if they try to use a computer to auto hack the first four digits to charge stuff and nowayays ccredit card charges/ ATM go through real easy for under $50. What if they use the info to hit you multiple times. Unprofessional when the caller got upset with me because I said I didn't feel comfortable giving out a partial number. Probable sscam it seemed.
