This company's name is Global PC Protection but they pretend to be from companies from Microsoft and Dell saying their server received "error reports" and they need to fix it remotely. Don't let anyone remote control your PC and don't pay them!

I received a call from "Nash" speaking with heavy middle east accent and claiming to be from Microsoft and that he needed to lead me through a series of key presses step by step to fix the problem with my computer, as it has been sending them error messages. I got suspicious and offered to call him back later, he gave this number 718-593-4198. I doubt Microsoft makes such calls.
